PostSubject: YAY for nail school!   Sun Aug 02, 2009 1:47 am

1 Week down 15 to go and I am loving every minute of it so far although my dad thinks I'm nuts for liking to do pedi's. I was wondering what you ladies think about me adding facials and waxing to my schooling. It would only add another 5 weeks of school and 3k to my tuition, but financial aid would take care of that. Is there good money in esthetics? Do any of you do both nails and facials and or waxing or know anyone who does?
Thanks for your input!

Yes there is good money in esthetics. I am trained in nails, make-up, massage and skin care. You are not nuts....lol. Pedicures are my favorite as well. Would rather sit and do them all day then do anything else! If you love the pedicures you will also love facials. Almost the same just different end of the body.

Lol we are testing on forms on Friday, yikes! I keep building my free edge too thick and just millimeters wider than the nail bed and end up with flare nails. Good thing final apperance is only 2 points out of 20 for this test. Thank you all for your encouragement!
